Trouble getting trans cooler fittings back in

Having trouble on an '05 5R110 getting thefitting back into the bottom of the radiator!! All help is appreciated!

can't seem to get the threads lined up and the threads look good!

Bend the lines a little bit. Or are you talking about the fittings that support the cooler inside the radiator end tank?

I am pretty sure that's what he is talking about. I have never removed those so I have no idea how you get those started. Seems to me once that cooler is loose you are screwed.

I've taken mine off an on like a thousand times and every have never leaked or anything. I had to "tweek" them to get them to go back on however. Some slight bending, like Doug said.
