I'm tryin to help a friend with his '92 F350 CC 7.3l IDI.. the truck has been parked for roughly 3 years and is believed to have a bad headgasket, whats the easiest way to check/test this? are the 7.3l's like the 6.9l and have issues with the pass headgasket? or the #8 cylinder cracking?
