truck shut off, wont start, bad cp3?

my truck shut of going down the road the other day, it didnt stumble, buck, jerk nothing. just shut off. if i prime it while i have someone turning the key it will run, but soon as you stop priming it shuts off. bad cp3 or FPR? its an 05 with 103k on it. very mild efi tune and exhaust.
