I have a 99 auto 2 wheel drive with a 150 air dog 63/68/13 turbo smarty intake and intake horn 4" exhaust with a single disk baby blue tq and a valve body and while I daily drive it with my 100 horse injectors It runs fine and I get 20 plus miles per gallon but when I race I put my 6x18s in and run the **** out of it but when I drive it with those injector and the trans hits lock-up the truck starts surging any help would be appreciated are the big sticks to big to daily drive or is it something else?

that's what I was thinking but they are great on the track im thinking between those and my stacked smarty and tst pm3 combo the TQ is one it way out looking to do a full build soon

Yeah, 6x18's are big for a track truck... Definitely too much for anything that sees street duty. Try a set of 7x12's. I think you will be more than happy all around.

im gonna be running them with a 150 to a 200 shot any sugestions on stall ratings or any other advice for a trans?
