I need some advice.
I currently building twins piping from turbo to intercooler and intercooler to manifold. I using 3" aluminium pipe. The turbo side is 3" V-band connection.
Is it ok to use only one straight silicone hose in the one side piping or there have to be two for compensate the engine movment? The one silicone hose is connecting the pipes to the intercooler. Is one silicone hose enough or will it be too tight?
I have stock motor mounts.
Any advice is welcome

Get someone to powerbrake it to the max and see how much movement you get. You should be able to get a good idea what your dealing with.

I remember the engine was moving quite much. Now I have to find some working 12V truck to see it. :D

I only have two couplers on my truck. One on each side of the IC. The rest are vband. I have not had a problem with them.

I made little bending test to see how much the coupler will bend if needed(pictures added). I hope the engine will not move that much in full throttle. So I think turbo to ic will be only one couplers.
