twins cold pipe sizing

So I have a twin turbo kit that was custom made for someone else by RKL diesel in Utah or Colorado I think and after getting the kit in I realized my cold pipe to the secondary was a 4" I.D. from the primary to secondary. Is there any pro or con to this size pipe? Increased volume, velocity loss,ect.....

Mine is 4" but only about 11" long. With that length you may see a slight difference in primary spool time but I bet the difference is negligible.
