Mine are not typical of any twins setup, but regardless I had to remove the heat exchanger. Get some high pressure hose to bypass the heat exchanger lines (since you have to cut them) and flare each end. Then double hose clamp each side.
I used one clamp on each end the first time and while on my way home late one night the hose came loose and I lost 10 quarts of atf. Luckily I knew what happened and shut 'er down before any damage was done. Needless to say that was an expensive stupid mistake on my part. Amsoil atf ain't cheap.
