I need to get a valve seal replaced and probably the valve as it looks bent also, looks like it was damaged in shipping.

Is this something that a machine shop has to do or can I do it myself? My truck is down until I get this fixed and it's my only transportation.
Anybody know of a good machine shop in Las Vegas?

IMO, i whould have a machine shop slam in new guides. Can you pull the valve out?

Sent from the recliner butt naked

Yeah you definintely need to get that guide replaced too, machine shop will have to do that.

Dropped it off at a machine shop this morning, hopefully the head didn't get damaged also.

??? WHAT, bent THE valve. What about the others???

Hit a machine shop and have them check all of the valves.

SLOW machine shop...................... what's up???

Sorry for not updating, obviously the guide was trashed 3 valves were bent and one of the exhaust ears cracked, it's all fixed and installed now.

Someone needs to talk to the seller. It was obviously poorly packaged.

Hell. you could have shipped it upside down and not bent the valves and broke
the guide.

Sounds like a sexual thing between the buyer and the seller to me. LOL
