Valve seat pressure?

I tried searching but didnt find all I wanted. Is 119lbs of closed seat pressure ok with a daily driven 24v. Was wanting no more than 110lbs but ended up with 119lbs. Also how much lift can you go with on a cam before needing to flycut pistons?
