Valve seats on a common rail?

So I'm seen so many common rails that have droped valve seats, stock and modifyed engines, exhast seats mainly but saw one intake seat drop. My question is What can be done to fix it or prevent it from happening? And are there any years of comon rail heads that don't have pressed in valve seats? I'd rather not have to rebuild an engine becuase of a bad seat.
 
Thanks, found some good info there, Just need to find someone in canada thats putting the oversized seats in.
 
Shouldn't be hard. Installing oversize seats wasn't invented for diesels...
 
Yea, I just never thought about it before, heard about the penning before. I just have one question, what is the interferance fit on the stock seats from the factory? Just for my own knowledge.
