Head is at shop.
Don't want to worry about it again for a goof while.
Everything is fine on it.
Should I have the seats staked?
To my understanding it is the exhaust seats that have the issues so just stake those? Have bigger seats installed?

I just want to know if it would be wise to just mess with the exhaust side and not the intake..

I've never had a problem with only doing exhaust. Personally, I'd have them replaced with oversize and extra tight, but peening would probably be better than nothing.

So, bigger seats on exhaust will slide?
There's no real need to worry about intake right?
I am also installing 110# springs.
Thanks for the input.

Head at different shop.
Getting oversized seats installed one exhaust side. Pressed in at better than .005
Valve Job.
Deep Clean.
New 110# springs installed.
Valley plugs threaded and plugged.
Plugs on front/back will be plugged as well.

I wanna see what he would charge for a mild port job. Nothing too crazy.
