VSS for Cm849 ECM

Hi guys, does anybody know if you can send a VSS signal directly to a 06/07 CM849 ECM? I've found in my manual that pin 11 on C2 of the prior 03/05 CM848 is for the VSS. I can't find anything for VSS in the 06/07. Does the CM849 read VSS off the datastream from the abs module? Thanks.

I tried it a couple different ways, never got it figured out. I ran off the speed sensor in the trans, and then tried the ring gear. No worky. Now I have a CD7 and it’s on GPS.

Did you have the abs module on the datastream with the rear wheel speed sensor hooked up?

No, just tried hooking the sensors up straight to the ECM pinouts.

Did you have trouble make the cm849 go full fuel without vss input?
