Water cooling and the HE351 VGT

Getting ready to set up my VGT and I was wondering if the water cooling option has any benefit if you're not running electronics on the charger? I was originally going to hook it up but if its not really going to help anything other than the now missing electronics I'll just skip it. Thoughts?op:
