What are the best E4OD mods for the money.

I am wanting to do some mods to my E4OD. Ones with the trans still in the truck. I have been reading that even though my truck only has 98,000 miles on the engine that can be a butt load for a stock E4OD.I just want to see if there are a couple little things to keep it alive for awhile.I am wanting some crisper shifts.Not that they seem to be extra long but I just know the stock length can eventually do harm.Any suggestions would be appreciated. I run a valve body from Jon Faubion "richter69". The tranny is just a rebuild from ford with probably 4k- 5k miles on it. Before the vb, shifts were so so and now they are perfect (good and firm, no shift flare at wot with a loaded trailer). The truck is a 97 with just intake/ exhaust, 4.10's and is hooked to a trailer 90% of the time. I think the valve bodies run around 200 bucks. 405-574-2317
