What is my next step?

Have a 10 cummins daily driver. Has dpf and egr delete 5" turbo back and black maxx. What should i do next to make a little more power. I tow a mini with it time to time and also my boat in the summer. I want to keep it reliable and dont plan to ever do any internal work to with motor.

woukd be a good idea to throw in some head studs so you can stick to your reliable plan, from there intake elbows, grid heater delete, lift pump, and better tunes all help, but there's still limiting factors, mainly the factory turbo.

Sounds good. What turbo should I stay with vgt or swap manifold?

Definitely turbo before any injectors or nozzles and i prefer to get rid of the VGT and so far I've been impressed with an S400 frame chargers on those trucks.
