What is this box and who makes it? What does it do? Wired in next to pcm long wire ran to cab

I have seen the tranny noise filters in a box like that, but I don't remember them having 3 wires with one going to the cab. Open it up and see what's inside.

I think it's a 'ground loop isolator' for late 47re transmission noise. Two lines hooked up in series, and one goes to the ground.

Not 100% sure on that though.
