What's the difference

What is the difference in the suspension on a 4x4 2500 vs 3500 beyond the obvious of drw. Thanks all for the info!

3500 springs are rated for a higher GVWR.

There is an extra spring in a one ton leaf pack. Thats all that i know of.

Not a single thing. I have done a few swaps and there is not a single difference besides the dually adapters and rear end width with dually hubs.

No difference. Both my 98 12v have the same spring pack. One was a 2500 and the other is a 3500. Both had 2 helpers and 4 leaf springs.
