I have a 2002 F350 4x4 CC LB SRW that these will be going on. I already have my 305/60/18 Proxes S/Ts. I am trying to decide between the 18x9 and the 18x10. They both will work fine on the truck but I have two questions.

#1 Will the tires hook better with the 9" or the 10" or is there no differance? The Toyo website lists recomended wheel sizes like this: " 8.5-9.0 - 11.00" Does that mean they think the 9.0 is the best?

#2 I want the stance to look tough but it is a DD. Without seeing them on the truck I am afraid the 10" wheels may stick out too far and look dumb.

Stock = 16x8.5 with 4.5 backspacing (according to my measurements)

18x9 = 5" backspacing so they will stick out .5" farther than stock

18x10 = 4.8 backspacing so they will stick out 1.8" farther than stock

Hear is a link to the wheels if interested: http://www.gregweld.com/wheel_detail_impact_402_fugitive_black_base.html

I welcome all feedback. If I am overlooking something please let me know.

Thanks in advance

What about these wheels being hubcentric? Any disadvantage there?

If I go with the 9" but decide they would look better with a 1/2" spacer can I use one on hubcentric wheels?
