Which Trans is Better?

Hey Guys, i am pulling out an automatic from an 06 Dodge 3500 SRW and turning it into a pulling truck. Which manual tranny is better? NV4500 or NV5600. OR, a G56(rather stay away from)?

4500 with big input shaft is the most popular and the easiest to rebuild if it does pop.

x2 on the 4500 cheap and easy

Has anyone ran ATS's nv4500, or know what all is done to them? I've emailed them.a couple times about the horsepower and torque ratings for it, but have yet to get a reply.

They probably give it a $2000 dollar purple paint job, get a billit input shaft and a good clutch and you will be good to go.
