will a lockup work or help my truck.i have a ats auto tranny with 5 star converter..it seems like my truck doesnt pull very hard till 4th gear and converter lock.then pulls really hard but dont know if lock up swith works on my app. it seems like its making power just not using it if that makes any sense.
will a tc lockup work??

Yes it will work and it will help. Not 100% sure how to wire one in on an 47re some of the other guys on here will know. But do a search and you should find a lot of info. Just remember when locking in a lower gear you will add a lot more stress on the internals of your tranny and the possibility of breakage will increase!! It will make your truck much more fun to drive.
