will an 07 transfer case work in an 05!!

i snapped my front shaft right before i was getting ready to throw loops on and it took a chunk out of the t-case. its an 05 auto with a 271d ID 52853060AC .
I can locally get a 271d ID 52853061AE.
Does anyone know the differences with these or if they are interchangable.

The only possible differences should be input shaft, roostercomb, position indicator and if it's off a c&c truck the output section. 4500 & 5500 trucks use a rear output flange.

it was out of a 07 2500 automatic with manual shift t-case. that truck runs a 68rfe and mine is a 48re. only difference in the numbers are 60ac compared to 61ae
