my buddies truck is a 99 bone stock. DRiving the truck and it just died. Dropped the tank and cleaned it put fresh diesel in the truck truck runs smooth but one ot comes to idle it dies. When your turning anykind of rpm its smooth and clean.Its got good fp and clean diesel.Oil looks good as well. Anybody have any ideas. I think its the pump cause it seems like if headlight goes out on a vp truck its the pump. Lift pump is ddrp from fass with 15psi. From what ive read and heard it will still idle if tps is bad. Is there any way to check ecm.
