Worst sled pulls I have ever seen

It wasnt a serious post, just something for people to look at when they go through the rest of their subbed threads and have nothing to do.

You can move it (if you please) or delete it. Whatever you feel is best.

Well thats 5 min of my life ill never get back lol.

Looked like a co street class. Did notice that the chain was at a 90 degree angle to the trucks hitch. had to be a pain to take off with.

ya that sucked.. the chain was hooked the same as the hitch hieght.. plus the must have been run what you brong.. i only could watch but maybe 5 hooks but that heavy chevy couldnt have made 8k

WOW, I will never hook a sled with a chain setup like that had one that was close. All that will do is hurt a engine

I liked the chevy gasser blowing smoke out the stacks...

Pretty charp.

Holy crap! Why even bother with a sled? They should just hook to a big pine tree or something.

Well you guys should watch the 1st half of the pull.

The vids are mine.:rockwoot:

I think you will find the chain was so high because they had no more weight to put in the sled and thats the only way they could stop the trucks. I agree, they were not ( pro ) but it was called " red neck " pulls. Its kinda a laid back pull with very little rules. I think they only require a chain under the drive shafts and thats it. Not a points kinda thing, just a have fun deal.
