That would be an HE341 (sometimes erroneously referred to as an HY35).

Only 06 and 07 5.9's had the 351cw if I remember correctly.

04.5-07 Cliff. The 325hp trucks came with them.

341= 2003-EARLY 2004.
351CW= late 2004-2007 5.9.

I have quite a few of both.

I can rebuild a 351cw and ship it for $375, I have kits and time and GOOD cores.

Mark, thanks for clearing that up! I have a guy locally that has a 351 and I'm going to be checking it out this coming week. I might be contacting you if I can't work out a deal with him!

FYI, the dead giveaway between the 2 is the pressure sensor that sticks out from the compressor housing.

Let me know, I'm thinking about throwing a few (3 or more) 351cws together, they sell well and I'm glad they do.
