WTB P7100 Conversion Parts

I am new to the cummins world and am looking to swap a '91 250 VP with a P7100. I am looking for a kit that would come with everything but am not sure what all to get. I know I'll need a new pump, lift pump, lines, timing cover but after that I'm lost. If someone doesn't mind informing me and also making me an offer or where to go to get the parts.

Your '92 has a VE pump. Is there something wrong with it?

Why do you want to swap?

Try tuning the truck first.
 
The truck has a faulty VE Pump and I'm swapping to a P7100 P-Pump. More power and reliability.
 
I'm P-pumping my truck too. This I what I got:
Pump
Pump gear
Pump bracket
Lines
Timing case
Timing case cover
Throttle bracket and linkage
Oil lines and fittings
Lift pump

I think that's it. If I remember anything else I'll put it up.
 
And you'll also need 2nd gen injectors. The 1st gen injectors won't thread up to the new lines and the pop pressure is way to low for the P-pump. They use the same spray angle and will fit into the 1st gen head so that's not a problem.
 
I have a complete 1996 engine that has a crapload of blowby, for as much as some people think the P-7100 conversion stuff is worth.

PLUS I like VE junk. LOL

Just go by a core p-pumped motor, send the pump out and get it checked out and you'll have everything you need.
