As the title says, I have a Cummins 4BT block that has zero miles on new cylinder bores. This block was bored 0.020 over, and was going to be high power project engine for our Cummins Jeep. Plans and funds have changed, so this has to go. The block will come with a balanced crankshaft and rods. I have about 90% of the parts to make this a complete engine if needed also. Asking $400.

How much for everything to make an almost complete engine?
 
what price are you wanting for the complete setup and maybe broken out parts price?
 
Not to get off track here, but how much is "high horsepower"? How much power can be made with a 4bt? Safely.
 
That mud rail is up to 700 I believe. Close to it atleast it's still just a 6BT shortened so I doubt the skipped on any strength.
 
no definitely not, the strength is still there! these are great little motors
 
manseil that drives the south bend mud rail is over 700hp i think...
