I would think the real question should be, does he care?

As the face of an organization he should, makes me wonder about how the tech of any class goes with FPP.

and I do care or I would not be trying to answer accusations on a public forum. To my knowledge we have not had any protests lodged or protest issues in 2014. My comments are directed at non-members (some with pseudo names) who dredge up issues from past years with the goal of detracting from a very successful pulling organization which I am proud to head. I stand behind my tech team 100% and feel that they do an excellent job.

My input is to show a pattern of inconsistency in the rules enforcement and interpretation going back several years. There is no reason to file a protest when you are told they won't do anything about it. Who wants to give money away.

I can see tech avoiding a protest, but to specifically state that you're not going to do so, if that's true, well, that's baffling.
