how do u make a sump stop leaking...? installed per directions, truck had 7 gallons of fuel in it, and sump leaked out of center bolt. tighten up a little more and it stopped, filled the truck up and it's leaking bad, tightened up a little more and made it worse....back off some and got a little better but still a drip every couple of seconds....
