I've installed some of prochargers intercoolers and they are usually nice looking well constructed units. Granted I installed them on gas ls motor setups that ran less than 15 psi so I have no idea on pressure capability. The one for a P1sc truck kit had cast aluminum end tanks and looked stronger than my stock dodge intercooler fwiw.

I have seen data logs of more than 300degrees pre intercooler on our trucks pretty consistently. I did not know people got their outlet temps in the 600 degree range though, that is crazy. No wonder those first two intercooler boots fail so often!
