yeah, not do able or am i going over kill? figured ide get parts to go over my goal so i got room to grow because we all know no one ever builds it once and leaves it alone. ive chosen 5-600 as a starting point becasue thats all my single disc is rated for...
 
I'm no injector expert but 5x22's are pretty good sized. I've been told by many wise men that 5x18s will do 800-900 fairly easy. My goal is 700-800 and I will be using jl 5x18s that I will be sending to Weston (smokem) in the next few days for fine tuning

thats what im thinking to but i wanted to start out at 5-600 and add more as i get boerd with the power.

How much hp do you want? You can send off a 160 and get the cam changed, 13mm p&b just like a 215

Whats the going rate for that nowadays? Besides CDS, northeast, and scheids, who else can do this?

Its been a while since I checked. These prices I didn't get from the same company.

13p&b and labor is around 2k. A cam and labor is around 800. I'm sure if you got this quoted together it would be a little less.

Diesel pros(fletcher) can do both.

Just about any pump place should be able to do the plunders and barrels, I'm not sure if every place can do a cam.
 
non benched 160 pump,80 lpm sticks,64/71.80 turbo with a little love and patience will get you more than most would expect.

Dont forget DPE, they do great work. And be prepared to spend over 3k on a built 13mm pump with a quick rate cam. I have way more than that in mine.

My truck has a 180 pump on it and I was going to send it to Seth (ctdyoungun) he said between 300-400 to bench it flow it to 550cc and install 5k springs. I'd deal with him or Kevin glover (01 p pump) I think is his name on here from northeast diesel. Both do great work. I have had one of kevins pumps in the past and it was great

Why not go with kevin again?
 
I very well could. I know he does good work. I haven't started removing pump from truck yet. If kevins not real bad backed up Id probaly use him again

Thats alot of fuel for little money. What size injectors would you run with that? 18's or would you go bigger?

Goff gave me a GREAT price on a 13mm setup.... too bad i dont need that much fuel! yet.... :evil:ft: LOL
