man you have acess to some cool ****!!!! Nice Work!
Pictures from Yesterday. Finally finished up the injector lines.
Note: the back two cylinders on each side are crossed on purpose.
This is the way the pump cam comes, I could of had a custom cam ground to simplify routing but if I were to ever have a problem, it could cost me several months waiting on a new cam to be cut.
Today we are installing push rods and rockers.
Big thanks to Cody Nichols at Flirtin' With Disaster Performance for setting us up with the roller rockers, deffinately recommend doing business with him, top notch customer service.
I'd really rather not think about it.
It takes a lot of both. I think we probably spend quite a bit less than some because 90% of the build is done in house. The hours involved on a ground up, scratch build like this with so so many one off and home made parts is quite astounding. Hate to think what else I could have done with my time sometimes.
I actually mind you asking. After all Chris has shared in this thread with this build, you have the balls to ask what goes into a project like this. If you have to ask, you shouldn't know. If you have to ask, you most certainly can't afford it.If you don't mind me asking, do you have an estimate of how many actual hours and dollars you have into the build so far as it sits?
