That's pretty amazing I can't believe that material is that much better. The last TCS shaft that I had in my truck was just the standard billet and I got 5 passes out of it. Your 60' s are pretty incredible too and with that much weight. Just a side note here. How fast has your truck gone just on fuel and not spraying it?
So I finished up a suncoast input shaft a couple weeks ago and going the aermet route. These still holding up?

i hate to bring this to another direction... but when are you guys seeing stock intermediates, and outputs breaking? my truck should be ~900 hp and I'm planning to launch it decently hard at around 6k lbs, traction will probably be limited.
half of what i hear is that at my level intermediates and outputs are decently strong in stock form... RH output atleast...
An RH shaft will be toast at ~900rwhp. Didn't last long at all for me once I stepped the power up.
I spoke with Paul today at TCS, very knowledgeable guy and put up with my stupid questions. I have gone through 3 this year (twisting not breaking) but not sure what shaft we had. Anyway he gave specs on when they twist (torque), how far they can twist, and when to replace. He also went over the three different shafts and their material and ratings. Also some tips on how to make them live. We will be trying the Aermet shafts asap.
Well the Aermet turned out to be worse, twisted after two passes. Tried another and lasted one day (photo). They never broke, but twisted so badly that they went on the shelf of sorrow and broken parts. No warranty, TCS said they can replace it for list price.
I went to Suncoasts Omega shaft and converter since and have had no problems at all this season on Max'd Out.
