Mamba vs Farmtruck?

Phil Taylor said his truck or the Mamba would be ready, they both want a Piece of the FT!

Apparently there is a drag strip reserved for May 10th in Tulsa, OK and the entire day will be dedicated to the memory of a great young man. We would be honored to accommodate Darren and the Mamba and all of you others that want to come and pollute our air.

Alright i passed the thread along and just talked with one of the guys at midwest street cars and from the sounds of it the only way that truck comes out to a track is for paid appearances and that also there chances of making an event in may are slim to none booked so tight apparently, but he was gonna pass the word along as well.
 
I've tried that "pay me to show up" thing for years. This should explain why I don't get out much. LOL

traveling a whopping 2 hours each way is "tight"?
part of this event was to go to the FLIP charity as well. (or so i thought)
They cant even make an appearnce for a friend..
 
The person i spoke with was not a representative of sean or jeff (farmtruck and azn) just someone that worked at midwest street cars but thats what he said take it for what it is maybe we will get a response from them they have my phone number and a link to the thread coming at them from several directions maybe one will make get us a response.
 
I wish they could race on the show. That way the whole Street Outlaw nutswinging following can watch a diesel drag THE farmtrucks face off.
 
They could cast a show called Diesel Outlaws.....just basically all of us running around racing on the streets under the speed limits without mandated emmisions and illegal tuners. LOL

The problem with that is, they're going to use the excuse that the diesel isn't street legal. Yes, I know the murder nova and most of the others aren't either, but I wouldn't want them to have any excuse. I think a super street truck would be a better choice if it was on the air. Maybe Idaho Rob?
