Truckers, lets see your rigs!

On another note it took me 10 minutes to get going again. I very highly recommend the Haldex Lifeseal 30/30 brake chambers. I've never had one fail. They're completely sealed from the environment and have the caging bolt built in. No more losing caging bolts or rusty ones. No more broken springs. Saved me a ton of time today.

Instead of venting the air behind the emergency brake diaphragm there's another chamber on the back.

If you buy Chinese chambers you would have caught that crack sooner since you would have been under there ever other week replacing one.

My dad used to have a W9 with a dead axle. Broke chamber brackets all the time. Glad that’s gone.

Lol actually I was greasing it maybe 2000 miles ago and didn't notice it. But that doesn't mean it had not started at that time. Actually I had my annual inspection at that time too and he didn't notice it either.

Come to think of it I did get on the binders pretty hard for Bambi the other night.

Oh yeah a little tip for Delco remy starters and alternators. Always buy new not remanufactured.
I had 2 reman alternators in a row make it less than a year, thought something was wrong with the electrical system and went over everything but came up with zero. Bought a new one and it's still on there after 5 years.

It’s all in the exchange rate, I believe it’s like 1 European truck is like 40 US trucks right now.
No, it is just that no one here likes those big fleets because most of them are from old communist countries and cutting rates because of cheap labour. 18000 trucks must be even worse ? Swift just dont have the money behind them like Girteka.

I drive one week and I am still in Russia. 20 hours and still in Spain. And so on.

You just proved jfaulkners point about your lack of knowledge by comparing whole countries to our individual states. You really need a geography lesson along with a mechanical engineering and electrical lesson.

So not only are you a truck and engine expert your also a financial analyst? You probably wouldn’t come across as being dumb as a post if you didn’t make general assumptions on crap you know nothing about.

You seriously think some outside company that lists ONE truck is somehow going to explode into tens of thousands overnight? You blame the large fleets for cutting rates but never said how this Girteka is going to take the freight from the existing carriers that are currently hauling it here! Maybe I need to suffer a head injury to think like you? I guess in your head Girteka is going to attract tens of thousands of O/O’s to come work for them, to haul freight that they got from the existing US carriers by raising the rates to the shippers?

Trying to fogure out if he had learned to manhandle that freightliner like a real steering wheel holding headset wearing cowboy

He’s always had the ability. Probably had the beep installed on his radio already and has an urge to buy sweatpants and sandals now that he’s been driving it a while.

Wonder if it has a passenger seat or someone removed it to install a mini-fridge.

And here I was thinking the drivers we hate here (sweat pants and sandal wearers) were all refugees from former eastern block countries.
