We have just upped the ante for our event. Now over $25,000 in CASH is up for grabs at The August Blackout. Nowhere else will you see one event putting up over $25,000 bucks in one weekend. Here is the break down:

Drag Racing - sanctioned by NHRDA

Pro Street: 1st $3000, 2nd $2000, 3rd $1000

Super Street: 1st $2000, 2nd $1000, 3rd $500

Pro-1: 1st $1000, 2nd $500, 3rd $250

Pro-2: 1st $500, 2nd $250, 3rd $125

Sled Pull Shootout

3 Classes each paying 1st - $2000, 2nd - $1000, 3rd - $500

Burnout Contest

1st - $1000, 2nd - $500, 3rd - $250

Show n Shine

1st - $750, 2nd - $375, 3rd - $150

Show n Shine Fan Fav

Burnout contest, you have 45 seconds to burn your tires off The crowd along with a panel of judges will determine the winner based on a scale of 1-10.

Event is in Edmonton, Alberta. Location map is on the website as well.

Border is easy as long as you have a passport and docs to show proof of ownership of the equipment and vehicles you plan on bringing up here. If its a buddy's truck, you need to get a signed permission form from them that has all their information as proof, to get it across the border.
