Yaeah, yeah I hear ya. Next thing ya know we will have Bill in here or all the guys from DTT brag'n about how the single is better than the tripple. Then the guys with the 'numbers' will chim in and ask them why they don't have record numbers. ........
I think there is a reason folks use tripples or sometimes MORE. I bet ya $$$ there is someone here who has used at least 5 clutches (disks) in their converter.......
It's how I see see it, just voicing an opinion. Hell, I hope I'm wrong. I would love to have a billet faced single converter! I think it would be great for most trucks. However, I do wonder about pressure, weight, pulling, killing fluid and general wear. Then again, the singles from most builders seem to last a while.
EDIT: I'm on the fence. I'll just sit here and see what happens.
