So I'm doing the swap from a VP to a P pump, I've read the FAQ wich was really helpfull. I've got a lot of the parts I need from a core engine. I'm just missing the pump and throttle bell crank. I found a cheap core pump, haven't seen it yet, but it may or may not come with a bell crank...

I'm wonder if anyone knows whats happening inside the cylander when you start adding water meth to the mix. I've played with water meth befor, but I can't find any info on what its doing to the flame front and how does it get more oxygen to help complete the burn.

while rideing in my buddies common rail dodge the other day that has stacks, I found that they were way too noisey in the cab for a long distance drive. I like the sound for short drives, but the drone would drive me nuts on long drives. So I have been thinking of ways to quiet the stacks down...

So I was working on a truck the a few weeks ago, was a no start died on the highway. It had no ICP pressure, and no oil pressure(low pressure). So i got into the oil pump and found it in pieces and the timing cover cracked from when it blew. Is this comon or did I just come across a bad pump?

So I'm seen so many common rails that have droped valve seats, stock and modifyed engines, exhast seats mainly but saw one intake seat drop. My question is What can be done to fix it or prevent it from happening? And are there any years of comon rail heads that don't have pressed in valve...

I am trying to do some tuning on my truck so I'm trying to figure out what all the tuners do exactly, and what a HRVP 44 does. I'm running the BD HRVP 44 and have loved it since I put it in, but I wonder what makes it so hot over a stock pump? Does it just up the pressure? Or does it change...

So I heard rumors that you can tap the VP wire like a comp box does and just run it to a ground. Any one else try this? maybe a cheap way to get some more timming?
