I tore into my dads truck 2 weeks ago to the day, here are some pictures of the progress. It is a 2005 4 door short bed auto, we purchased a used ATS select shift standalone to control the transmission. It has a recon tripple disk billet converter from phil and all the little billet pieces inside. Stock turbo for now mounted with an industrial manifold to retain the factory location intake and down pipe. Motor mounts were probably the easiest part of this entire project. I relocated the factory oil cooler to te frame and ran lines to it, im also using the factory engine fan, something about 500 dollar electric fans just isnt economical... There is a lot more I'm leavin out, so I'll just let the pictures do the talking
Cut off the factory return line and clamped some hose to it to retain the quick connection.
Oil cooler with hydraulic lines hooked up, no pics of it with the water lines installed
Factory turbo bolted to the down pipe easily, maybe a 1/4 to and 1/8 difference but not much.
Did a test fire today and it runs like a champ, all the gauges are working properly. Still have a few things left but the list is getting shorter every day.
Enjoy
