12V Engine project

Hello everyone,

This is my small engine(12V cummins) project. The engine come out 94´ dodge ram(roll over).
I hope to get about 400..450hp.
I am planning to use (in beginning) following modifikations:

370 injectors, 4000rpm governor springs, HD valve springs.
I´m using 8,3L(P7100) cummins fuel pump whit "0" fuel plate.The timing I think will coming 16,5. ATS ex.manifold.
The turbo will be 35/40 hybrid(in beginning) whit 16 cm turbo housing (without wastgate)

He is building new engine, because last year I was quicker :evil

This year we can not race, because our trannys can not handle it (allready slipping).

His and mine next mod is to order billet tranny internals.

What kind a modifications can I do whit the engine head?
HD valve springs is coming all 12 pcs.
What to think the "head porting"?

For street 450-500 hp, you only need to clean ports and 3 angle (or 5 ) valve job.

And today was the day when I finally recived DTT billet stuff and valvebody :rockwoot:
New ATS 3 pice exaust, and 4" exaust pipes.

O-ringed and head is placed finally. And ther is 60lbs valvesprings placed as well.

Over here today was +30C (86F) :cheer:

Our conutry population is 1.4 million and I think we have approx 50 Dodge Ram with Cummins :rockwoot: :woohoo:
.... but most of them are stock condition :badidea:

Finally the engine is in the truck. New ATS exaust is installed and next installation is DTT triple disc TC ,transmission(whit billet things and some other upgrades) and 241DHD transfer case.

That's awesome!!! It's kinda sad to see the brilliant red block get covered up in accessories, but I guess it also means it's closer to running on the street.
