So using the calculator I'm figuring to turn the ET I'd like I need around 650 RWHP.

What does it take to make it with a 6.7?

Will Stock rods take that number?

Let me have your recipe for 650-700

Built trans
airdog or fass
twin stock cp3's
100hp nozzles
borg 467.7 turbo
head studs
tuning

60% injectors will get you there but it will make tuning easier with a little bit larger

Stock rods will take it. I believe the fleece cheetahs are getting above 700hp as well. S467.7 fmw seems to be a favorite with the 6.7s. I'm leaning toward the cast s465 with .9a/r ex housing over the 68 due to a little better spool, cheaper, and no desire to exceed 600-650hp. Damn elevation ruins all the fun.

Also head studs are recommended. Arp 625s and stock gasket.

Have you changed turbo on yours yet?
Where are you whp wise??

Best pass to date has been 11.31 @119.94 at full weight on 35x12.50 mud tires.

I have a buddy that put down 631rwhp with a built trans, s467.7, 125hp nozzles and box tuning w/ stock cp3 and lift pump. added a fleece 750 cp3 and fass put down 690.

Have not yet. Still only running delete and hardway 130hp tune. Believe it is a ~500hp on their dyno. So probably 400hp in Colorado. I read they released a new tune recently that made 533hp on their dyno. And more importantly better tranny tunes. Truck feels like a turd.

What are you guys thinking about the new S300 stuff. A friend asked me to put together a list for him on his 2013, I was kinda wondering about this new S369.

I thought stock fueling (maybe with a lift pump) would get you to low 600's? So maybe you grab a slightly built pump.

Then a 367 or 475 would put you up there.

Stock rods will survive.

And he doesn't need a built trans. He didn't say anything about making it last ;-)

Man, 6.7's are expensive though!

Regurgitated internet knowledge states even the large s300 exhaust wheel creates drive pressure issues. Logic tells me that if a stock turbo can make nearly 550hp with a tiny turbine and 60mm wheel, and s467 can make 800-900+, that there would be a place for something like a box s366 .91 etc. Maybe a streetable 550-650hp while maintaining fast spool and livable drive pressure.
Although it is said a s465 is good for a max of 650-700hp.

Take this info with a grain of salt. 6.7 performance is a different realm than I'm used to messing with and this is not solid first hand experience.

I'd like to stay with a Single CP3(for some stupid reason). But I like the combo's so far!

-Built trans
-lift pump
-twin cp3
-180hp nozzles
-s467 with a 1.10 housing
-425 head studs
-4inch exhaust
-stock rods
custom mcc by ryan put down 726rwhp and 1500 ft lbs trq

650hp in a 6.7L. Sure sounds good. ;)

Where do I sign up and how many appendages will it cost me. LOL

I did 750 on my setup in my sig. On the street on its best day I would argue 800. It's plenty fun.

For what it's worth and also taken with a grain of salt. Fleece told me their 465 would do 800 and "they have guys working for them with that turbo driving them everyday to work as 800hp daily drivers" I personally find it hard to believe but if it were true might be worth it to gain some Rpms in spool.
