95 Dodge with 160 pump goes 12.05 at Samoa.

What gears and tires are you running? If I found a really cheap 94 or 95 4x4, would it be a no go with 4.11 gears? With 4.11's, I figure you have to run 33" tires to not completely tach out at 115 mph.

I guess what i'm really asking, does a 160 pump'd truck with stock cam make peak power under 3K rpm and fall off quickly up around 3500 like my 24valve, or can the 160 pumps still make good power up 35-3600 rpm?

On second thought, smaller tires seem to always net faster ET's so 3.55 gears with 30" tires will probably run quicker than 4.10 gears on 33".
