I'm fairly positive those are DCS/FordCummins mounts. I have them in quite a few trucks and they work well

Your swap puts mine to shame on the other hand I started mine on a Saturday morning and was driving it Sunday afternoon.
 
Yes they are ford cummins mounts. i could get pictures if anybody still needs them. And thanks for all teh comments on the build guys!
