Air Dog--no?

Aeromotive does not sell a "kit". You would need to purchase the A1000 and the regulator from them and assemble the needed hoses yourself.

Cpssimpson, I'm curious if the only difference between the df 165, and 200 is the motor? Would someone be able to upgrade. I get real bad psi drop on my cr. It seems lift pumps will always be a never ending debate...

That is the difference, one is 3k rpm and the other is 4500 rpm. PM some details on the truck and the serial number on the pump. We can go from there.

I understand they don't sell a kit I was more curious about the boost to it and the regulator setup.

Boost port can be blocked if you don't want to use it, get a regulator that flows enough and has the psi range you want

I guess I am more asking if he is running an inline regulator or just using an overflow valve at the P pump. And I was just curious to see his boost port plumbing and setup.

Air Dog 150 on my truck and running used ATF on and off for 4 years now and 0 problems.

Interesting, this makes me curious though as the new pump for my df-165 said 4500 rpm on the box.

So if the OP used the 150 with a 50 spring, I would think the 150 pump should be able to maintain atleast 25psi at WOT?
