Anybody have problems with Joker Fabrication?

Hope this isn't his issue all the time as a buddy here ordered the dinged intake last weekend.
 
I know we have had issues getting parts out in a timely matter, we hired on another guy to assist with shipping and helping answering phones to better the communcation to our customers.

ShadoWbox, we only had one dinged intake which the OP purchased, so im not sure what your buddy is talking about if you could either have him give us a call or pm me here so we can get his intake out.
