My 4th 6.0 in 80k miles threw a rod so the Cummins Conversion began.

Colt Cam, fresh IH head ported and polished, new valvetrain, and o-ringed. New Cummins oil pan with primary turbo drain fitting welded in.

I work really fast, just ask Spooled05! He says it takes me 14 years to build a Fummins. LOL

Hog'd out a stock exhaust manifold and ceramic coated it. Had a non-divided spacer made that accepts a 40mm JGS wastegate so I could gate all six cyls.

Got my air comp. for my Jacobs exhaust brake. Also had my Ht3b custom flange for my hotpipe.

Installed a 4 gauge pillar pod along with a 2 gauge instrument cluster bezel. Installed mirror heat, exhaust brake, and engine fan switches. Bought a Femco No-Spill pan drain.

GDS 60mm HX35 upgrade, non-gated 12cm housing-heavily ported, Customized the stock intake horn and then decided not to use it. Also lifted the front another 2" for a Ranch Hand front replacement bumper.

And this is where I'm at now, Spooled05:bow: is making aluminum end tanks for radiator and intercooler. Working on wiring and the last loose ends. Been a long road for sure, almost 2 years now, just can't seem to find the time to work on it.
