Thought I'd post a couple pics as I start this swap. The rear is a 07 Ford DANA 80 with 8x200 lug pattern. I'm going to have the hubs machined to 8x170 to match what I have now. Not to mention that you can't find single wheels for the 8x200 and used steel dually wheels are over $100 each.
The rear has 4:10's so I'm going to regear the front 60 from the 3:73's. I need to get a locker, axles and a drive shaft flange before I swap it in. I'll add more pictures and information as I get more done.

Whats the 8x200mm pattern from? I thought they were 170 for the 250/350 and 10x225mm for thr 450/550 trucks?

i thought they were still 8x170. i coulda swore thats whats on my friends 350.

If you get a D80 off a DRW F350 from 1999-2004, they are 8x170, which is what I did on my truck!

i wish the D80 on my donor had discs. i want to put it under the ford.

i wonder if i can use the discs and calipers from my 10.5 rear and put them on the 80. just gotta make a caliper bracket. hmm...

wonder how hard it would be to make a 10lug disc out of a 95 8 lug to fit a dodge

Not sure I understand what direction you want to go, 8 to 10 or 10 to 8?

I ordered two aluminum outter wheel, two steel inner wheels, 37 spline axles and a Detroit.

After more time checking dimensions there are no axles available unless you go with a custom made piece. The axle flange bolt pattern was changed at the same time the wheel pattern changed. The 99-03 Ford flange is the same as the Dodge with the exception of bolt size. Dodge uses 7/16 and The Ford is 12mm. By redrilling the holes they use the same axle. The bolt spacing is like 3.8" center to center. The 07 and up Ford 80 is like 4.08".
