Had a great time as usual guy. Thanks again to the MDTDC and the SGS guys for hosting yet another flawless event. I have no doubt that we will be back again next year for the big 10yr bash!

kyle

Had a good time! Over 37,000hp on display, putting the average of 73 trucks over 500hp.

mike- glad your alive..... heard you had a rough night Sat. (lol)

did u dyno?

rough night ? nah....... they just turned the lights on at the bar so I could find the door on the way out........... Yes I dyno'd , got me almost 40 hp over last fling I was at. interesting when you add that I used water meth lat time, and straight water this time. guess the twins were worth it ! now, when will my 3.5's get here? and when am I gonna get time to install the airdog??

FB was a blast, Zach, it was nice meeting you and Brad, thanks to DP Tuner, Mumau Diesel, Zimmie's automotive, and Xtreme Diesel for stepping up with the prize money for this thing and for everyone that attended and especially to those who dyno'd to make this whole thing worthwhile. Don't miss next years 10th anniversary bash, it should be huge!

Well I FINALLY have a few minutes to myself and can post. Its been a busy and trying month of October for me with moving and the Brawl but I can rest a bit now as both are finally finished,phew.....

I would like to thank ALL of the vendors who helped make this years show such a success. When I get to look outside and see a field full of trucks on BOTH days and people enjoying themselves all I can do is smile.Knowing where we have came from with our shows and seeing what they are now amazes me each year we have them. That fact tells me that our 10 year anniversary shows next year should be ones to attend.I have been working hard on a file with dyno numbers from the first show up to now. When you see where we came from HP/Tq wise to this years show you will be amazed.I stumbled across a number from 02 on John_P's "Red Rocket" that had him at 399hp in 02 and the last I seen him dyno it was over 800hp.600hp out a 7.3 Ford at one time was so distant and now it even can be crossed easily. The pictures from back then are also kinda neat and all I can say is wow,did I get old.Over the years we as a club have seen many HP plateau's crossed and a few Urban Legend's exposed and killed(THANKS Thuggy!) and yet we want more.Next year should be a blast and hope you all can come out and spend some time with us.

Now if there was one thing I am at a loss to figure out is WHY we have such a problem when it comes to our covered dish cookout. All we ask if for owners to bring something along to share with the others and that way everyone gets to eat and no one goes away hungry. This year had to be the absolute worst I have ever seen as Sunday we were out of food early and many did not get to eat.I am not sure what the answer is but IMO its getting close to thinking about having our meals catered and just selling tickets for dinner instead.I'd hate to see it get to that point but it looks like we are about there.Rant over.

Again,Thanks to all who came and IF you name appears in the final listing as one who has placed(1st-2nd-3rd) and you were NOT present to pick up your award please contact me VIA PM or at the following email address TDRHammer@gmail.com and I can get them out to you.IF They are not claimed by Spring Fling the money will be placed in the charity for that event.I have both Lee Glancy and John Hrobuchak's ready to ship to Picaso and Michael will see to it they get to you for me......See Ya In The Spring....Andy
