We are having our first pull of the year this Saturday April 11 at the Perry County Fairgrounds in New Lexington, Ohio. Tractors will start at 2pm with the following classes:

Kids class
4500 checked tractor
4500 unchecked tractor
5500 checked tractor
5500 unchecked tractor
6500 checked tractor
6500 unchecked tractor
10,000 farm stock tractor
12,500 farm stock tractor

Trucks will begin at 6pm with the following classes:

6200 stock gas trucks
6200 cheater stock gas trucks
8000 work stock diesel
8000 2.6 diesel
8000 open

We can make classes for anyone who shows up without a listed class, so long as there are enough entries to make it a class. For example, I think we will be pulling a light farm stock class, and I believe there will be some mini modifiers there to make some noise and try out their new setups.

For more info, please visit our brand new website at Home and like us on Facebook by searching "New Lexington FFA and FFA Alumni Truck and Tractor Pulls".

All proceeds from this pull directly benefit students of New Lexington FFA, but financially and educationally. We appreciate your support, and please, whether you are able to attend or not, help us spread the word about our pulls.

Thanks,
John

Only 2 hours from here, may see if I can round a few people up and go.

That would be great if you guys can make it. If nothing else, it would be a good test and tune for the season. I don't know of any 3.0 trucks coming, but if there are enough of anything, we can make a class for it.

I'm gonna try like hell to get there purn! Hopefully have my truck back going by then too

I'm picking mine up from Firepunk either tomorrow or Friday, may hit the pull in Cynthiana instead.

Well, not trying cause anything great cause and glad young AG students are raising money. But, trucks didn't start til 9pm supposed to be a 6pm...sled was a well hard to explain... 2013 Half ton Chevy that grandpa was drivin tugged it to the end..
So you can imagine what a few trucks that actually were there for some testing did. And when they did hook they would kill the trucks from the sled right at 300ft.... Pretty brutal.

It was just poorly run.....

That sled is a bit sketchy. At least I saw kids working, 90% of our FFA pull is run by random people.

Both cheater stock gas trucks had issues. The black 80s Chevy that was towed off broke rod bolts junking the entire block. New black Chevy had ignition issues. Neither truck had kill switches pulled......and the sled operator can't pull switches, its hooked up purely for run aways.

I believe that sled actually stopped all the diesels.

Well was unsure of the issues but when the new body gmc truck had his cable retrieved from the sled after it back away... Was just assuming.

And Yes they may have stopped.. But the box never completed its run, and those trucks well hopefully they are not running Cotpc this yr... No pun intended...
Bad thing is Cotpc has about 8-10 solid trucks that could switch places any given night...

Either way I'm not bashing guys. Just stating the obvious.

I just can't stop fapping to your avatar.....

Those few diesels that were there do not run cotpc. They all run our piddly little southeasterno circuit.....no competitive at all. 800hp there will win week in and out.
