98% of all the trucks that ran in SS for 2009 ran 11.4 to 12.2. With the new rules you are going to have less than 1% running in the 10's or faster.
As a driver in ET, part of your job is know the dial of the guy in the other lane. If he has a 5 second start on you, then you need to adjust accordingly.
