How fast to not be the slowest?

Yup, I managed to win the biggest division in 2008 (Div 1) in one of the slowest trucks (usually mid-17's due to deep-staged zero-boost launches). My truck gained some HP over the winter, but it will probably still only be in the 15's. Incidentally, I have also raced a 22-second U-Haul at a diesel national event, so bring anything out that is diesel!
